Outdoor space

A terrace with Vidova Gora in the distance

The private terrace has a small sofa, a coffee table and seating for two. Vidova Gora sits on the horizon, the highest point of the Adriatic islands, and the light over it shifts through the day.

It is the part of the apartment guests use most. Morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, and the scent of pine on the breeze.

Open-plan living room and kitchen with dining table for two at a one-bedroom holiday apartment in Bol
Living and kitchen

An open-plan room for the hottest hours of the day

The living room, kitchen and dining area share one open-plan space. After a morning at the beach or a walk through the old town, this is where you come back for a shower, a cold drink, and the television with the air conditioning running.

The dining table seats two. Air conditioning covers the whole open-plan space, so the apartment stays cool through the hottest hours of the day.

Compact fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave at a self-catering holiday apartment
Kitchen

A compact kitchen for proper meals

The kitchen has a fridge, hob, oven and microwave, with workspace for a real dinner. Small enough to clean in five minutes, equipped enough for pasta with fresh tomatoes from the morning market in the old town.

Tableware, glasses, pots and pans are all there, along with the small things people forget: corkscrew, kettle, cafetière. Everything you need for a week, not just a weekend.

Bedroom and bathroom

A quiet bedroom and a bathtub

The bedroom sits away from the main living space, with a double bed, fresh linen and towels set out before you arrive, and wardrobe space for a longer stay. The window opens onto greenery, which keeps the room shaded through the warmest part of the afternoon.

The bathroom has a full bathtub. After a day at the beach, in the old town or on the footpaths up to Vidova Gora, a long soak is what guests come back for. It is the only one of our three apartments with a bathtub.

Hand-finished stone details around the apartment are the work of stonemasons in the family.

You walk in to fresh linen, folded towels and a fully cleaned apartment. No keys to chase, no waiting, no paperwork. Set down the bags and open the terrace doors.

Linen is replaced every seven days and towels every three, so the apartment feels the same on the last night as on the first.

How is the reservation payment handled?

Once we agree on your dates, we ask for a deposit equal to one night’s stay to hold the booking. The deposit is paid by bank transfer to our IBAN; within the EU through a SEPA transfer, from outside the EU through an international transfer.

The remaining balance is settled in cash on the day of your arrival, in euros, and we hand you a written receipt before you leave. We do not accept card payments at the apartment.

What is your cancellation policy?

For stays in the shoulder season, until the 1st of July and through September, you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, and the deposit is refunded in full. For stays in the high season, in July and August, free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival.

Cancellations made closer to the arrival date, and no-shows, mean the deposit is retained in full. If your plans change, write to us as early as you can. We always try to find a solution that works for both sides.

Refunds are returned to the same bank account the deposit was paid from. SEPA transfers within the EU usually arrive within a few business days, while transfers to accounts outside the EU may take longer depending on the receiving bank.
