A quiet entrance through the greenery

The apartment sits on the ground floor of our family house, tucked behind a row of cypresses and mature greenery. A few steps lead up to the door, and the path stays cool and shaded even in the middle of summer.

The apartment sits away from the main streets of Bol, but the seafront and the old town centre are a short walk from the door.

A covered terrace in the green

The covered terrace opens directly off the living room, surrounded by cypresses and mature greenery on all sides. A dining table is set for outdoor breakfasts, long lunches and slow dinners after a day at the beach.

It stays shaded through the afternoon and private all day, with no one looking in and nothing but the sound of the cicadas in the background.

An open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen

The living room, round dining table and fully equipped kitchen all share one open space, so the whole family can stay together while someone cooks, someone reads and the children wander in and out onto the terrace. A sofa, satellite television and air conditioning are in the same room, with doors opening straight onto the covered terrace.

The kitchen is fitted with a fridge, oven, hob and dishwasher, and the round table seats the whole group for shared meals. Built for longer stays, where families cook breakfasts at home and save the restaurants of Bol for the evenings.

The bedrooms

Two bedrooms for up to five guests

The main bedroom has a double bed with fresh linen and towels set out before you arrive, along with proper wardrobe space for longer stays. The second bedroom has another double bed and one additional single bed, which is what makes the apartment work for a family of five.

Both rooms stay cool through the day and quiet through the night, with the greenery of the garden just outside the windows, and there is enough floor space in each to unpack properly without stepping around each other.

Prepared for the family before you walk in

Beds are made with fresh linen, towels are folded for each guest, and the apartment is cleaned from top to bottom before you arrive. For a family with children, that means less to think about on the day of travel and more time to settle in.

Towels are refreshed every three days, bed linen every seven, so the apartment feels as well looked after on the last day of your stay as on the first.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay in all of our apartments is 3 nights for all periods.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 onwards, check-out by 10:00. Keys are handed over personally by your host at your arrival.

Are children welcome?

Children of all ages are welcome in all 3 apartments. Please note: we do not provide a baby cot, so we recommend bringing one or renting locally.

Are pets allowed?

Pets (dogs) are welcome upon request, subject to the owner’s prior approval. Please let us know when booking.

Is the apartment accessible for guests with reduced mobility?

Our apartments are located in a family house with entrance stairs. None of the apartments are suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. You are welcome to smoke on the covered terrace.

What languages do you speak?

We communicate in English, Croatian, and German. Feel free to write in the language that suits you best.

How is the reservation payment handled?

Once we agree on your dates, we ask for a deposit equal to one night’s stay to hold the booking. The deposit is paid by bank transfer to our IBAN; within the EU through a SEPA transfer, from outside the EU through an international transfer.

The remaining balance is settled in cash on the day of your arrival, in euros, and we hand you a written receipt before you leave. We do not accept card payments at the apartment.

What is your cancellation policy?

For stays in the shoulder season, until the 1st of July and through September, you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, and the deposit is refunded in full. For stays in the high season, in July and August, free cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival.

Cancellations made closer to the arrival date, and no-shows, mean the deposit is retained in full. If your plans change, write to us as early as you can. We always try to find a solution that works for both sides.

Refunds are returned to the same bank account the deposit was paid from. SEPA transfers within the EU usually arrive within a few business days, while transfers to accounts outside the EU may take longer depending on the receiving bank.
